 Healthy lifestyle Healthy lifestyle is one that promotes overall well-being and helps you live a longer, happier life. It involves making choices that are good for your physical and mental health. A healthy lifestyle includes: *Make a healthy diet:  Eat fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Limit your taking processed foods, sugary drinks, and unhealthy fats. •Get regular exercise : Take at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week.
